How we review products
This directory covers 391 products across health, wealth, spiritual and self-reliance categories. Below is exactly how those pages are built, what we check, and the claims we refuse to make — so you can judge how much weight to give anything you read here.
Our six review principles
We never invent results, ratings or testimonials
You will not find star ratings, before-and-after numbers or quoted customer stories on this site, because we cannot verify them. Where we describe what people say online, we summarise recurring themes in public discussion and label them as exactly that.
Everything vendor-specific points back to the official page
Prices, bundles, bonuses, formulas and guarantee windows change without notice. Rather than publish a figure that goes stale, we tell you which detail to confirm and send you to the vendor's own page to read today's terms.
We say who should skip a product
Every in-depth review carries a 'who should skip it' list alongside the 'who it suits' list. If a symptom needs a doctor, an audiologist or a dentist rather than a supplement, we say so before anything else.
We set a realistic testing window
Most of these products are judged far too early. Each in-depth review includes a week-by-week timeline that tells you what to watch and when to decide — deliberately aligned so your honest decision point still falls inside the vendor's refund window.
We tell you what to check on the label
Counterfeit and repackaged stock is the single biggest complaint in this product space. Each review lists the specific things to verify on the bottle or in the download before you accept the order.
Affiliate links are disclosed by behaviour, not buried
Outbound product links on this site are affiliate links, marked as sponsored, and they open in a new tab so you never lose your place. A commission never changes what a review says, and no vendor pays for placement or for a more favourable write-up.
What we never claim
- That any product treats, cures or prevents a disease
- That results are guaranteed, typical, or fast
- That a price or guarantee shown elsewhere is still current
- That a product is safe alongside your medication — only your pharmacist or doctor can tell you that
How to test any product on this site fairly
| Stage | What to do |
|---|---|
| Before ordering | Read the refund window and the label on the official page, and write down the one thing you want to change. |
| Week 1 | Fix the time of day you take it, and record your starting point rather than trusting memory later. |
| Weeks 2–4 | Change nothing else. One variable at a time is the only way to get a usable answer. |
| Weeks 5–8 | Compare your notes to your baseline and decide — while the guarantee window is normally still open. |
| After week 8 | Continue only if you can name a difference you would miss if you stopped. |
Reviews built to this standard
These pages carry the full treatment: verdict, who it suits, who should skip it, a week-by-week testing timeline, label checks, refund terms and a head-to-head comparison.
Medical note
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and none of these products is a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication or managing a diagnosed condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting anything new.
